SPINACH PIE 
1 deep dish 9 inch pie crust, baked
1 (10 oz.) frozen pkg. spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
1 c. grated cheese
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Beat eggs and milk together. Stir in spinach, cheese, and other ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Take out and test center. If juice appears, spoon it out and bake for an extra 15 to 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
