EVER-READY MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box raisin bran
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour (may substitute 1 c. Miller's bran for 1 c. flour)
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. salt

Mix first six ingredients in large mixing bowl. Sift flour then measure 5 cups, add soda, salt and spice. Mix well and add to wet mixture, stirring well. Spray muffin pans with pam, fill 1/2 full.
