SPANISH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1/4 c. chopped pimento green olives
2 c. med. noodles, cooked and drained
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. lowfat cottage cheese
3 green pepper rings

In large non-stick surface skillet, brown meat and cook onion and green pepper until tender. Add pizza sauce, olives, noodles, salt and cottage cheese. Cover, heat to serving temperature. Garnish with green pepper rings.
