PARTY POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes (Western Style)
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed cornflakes
1 stick butter

Put hash browns in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Then mix sour cream, chicken soup, shredded cheese, and melted butter. Spread this mixture over hash browns and mix well. Mix cornflakes and melted butter and spread over potato mixture. Baked uncovered at 325 degrees for 75 minutes.
