APPLE DESSERT 
4 c. peeled and diced apples
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Put diced apples in a bowl. Break eggs over apples. Mix cinnamon and sugar together and add to apples and eggs. Add oil and nuts. Mix well. Add flour, soda and salt. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

CARAMEL SAUCE:

1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. cream
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Cook until thick the first 5 ingredients. Add vanilla. Serve warm over apple cake.
