BUTTERMILK REFRIGERATOR PANCAKES 
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. baking powder
6 beaten eggs
1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. cream
1 qt. buttermilk
1 pkg. dry yeast

Add soda, sugar, and salt to buttermilk; sift flour and baking powder into this. add yeast and stir in oil, cream, and beaten eggs. Mix well and store in refrigerator. Before using, allow batter to stand a few minutes at room temperature - then bake on griddle. Take out just what you want to use. Store remainder in refrigerator. This is good for 3 weeks or longer. Do not ad anything at any time.
