CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. Mission Cake Mix
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks

Add the sugar gradually to the egg whites while beating. Beat until they are stiff and shiny. Stir the cocoa into the mix and add half the milk; beat with electric beater 2 minutes. Add the remaining milk and whites. Bake in 2 round pans or other molds. The pans should be well greased and floured. Bake at 375 degrees F. for about 20 minutes.
