SPINACH DIP 
2 c. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1/4 c. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. basil
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Salad dressing mix

Combine ingredients. Stir to blend. Chill 1 hour. Serve in hollowed round loaf of French bread. Use hollowed out section to make bread cubes for dipping.
