SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 c. bell peppers, cut up
1 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage
1 box Lipton chicken soup
1 c. celery, cut up
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. celery salt
5 c. water
1 c. raw rice

Fry sausage and drain on paper towel. Bring water to boil; add Lipton chicken soup and rice. Cook for 10 minutes. Put sausage in 9x13 inch baking dish and pour soup and rice over sausage. Add bell pepper, onion, celery salt and cut celery. Put in oven at 350 degrees. After 15 minutes, cover with aluminum foil. Cook for 20 minutes, then remove foil and cook for 15 minutes longer.
