GRANOLA 
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sesame seeds or sunflower seeds
1 c. soy grits or wheat flakes
1 c. wheat germ
2 c. unsweetened coconut
7 c. rolled oats
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped dried fruit

In large pan, melt honey, add oil. Add rest of ingredients. Stir well. Toast lightly in 350 degree oven. Stir frequently.
