BANANA PUDDING CAKE 
2 sm. bananas
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Jello instant vanilla or banana cream
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mash bananas. Add all remaining ingredients. Beat for 2 minutes on high speed. Bake in greased - floured tube pan, bundt or 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes. Sprinkle with Confectioners' sugar (optional). May be served warm - store in refrigerator.
