BAY CORNED BEEF 
2 bay leaves
3 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
Spiced corned beef
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. mustard

Boil corned beef with the first 4 ingredients until tender (approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours). Remove from pan and place on roasting pan. Score corned beef on both sides. Combine 3 tablespoons brown sugar and 1/2 cup mustard. Mix well. Coat corned beef on both sides with this mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
