BREAKFAST SURPRISE 
8 slices bread
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. hot sausage
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Remove crusts from bread and cut into 1/2 inch squares. Place in bottom of greased 8x10 inch baking dish. Brown sausage; drain, and place over bread crumbs. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Mix together eggs, mustard, 2 cups milk and pour over ingredients in dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Next morning, combine soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
