CRAB BURGERS 
6 1/2 oz. can white crab meat or fresh lump crab
1/4 c. celery, chopped finely
2 tbsp. onion, chopped finely
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 halves of English muffins

Mix together crab, celery, onion, mayonnaise and cheese. Put onto English muffin halves. Broil until hot and bubbly on top.
