ELIZABETH'S TUNA BURGERS 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) Albacore tuna
1 chopped dill pickle
1 chopped green onion
1 stalk celery, chopped
Mayonnaise
Bread crumbs

Drain tuna. Put in bowl with chopped vegetables. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten tuna so that it will hold together. Shape into 3 patties and cover with bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes on each side.
