RHUBARB PIE 
1 Pillsbury pie crust (from dairy case)
4 c. rhubarb cut in 1 inch slices
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
Grated rind of 1 orange

Line 9 or 10 inch pie pan with crust (follow directions on box). Mix sugar, flour and grated orange rind. Add rhubarb. Put in bottom of crust. Dot with butter. Add top crust, flute. Cut vents. Put pan on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
