1/3 c. butter
2 1/2 c. fine coconut
1 1/2 lbs. powdered sugar
4 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Pinch of salt

Mix until well blended. Chill for several hours. Shape and let set overnight. Then coat with chocolate. This mixture will be soft.
