C.M.P. CAKE 
CRUST:

2/3 c. ground peanuts
1 c. flour
1 stick butter

Mix as for pie crust and put in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees and cool.

LAYER #1:
1/4 c. peanut butter (creamy type)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature

Cream these until smooth, add 1 cup powdered sugar. Cream until smooth. Add 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip. Let stand a few minutes before laying on crust.

LAYER #2:
2 3/4 c. milk
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding

Mix together and put on top of Layer #1 in pan.

LAYER #3:
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Place on top of pudding mixture. If desired, sprinkle with crushed peanuts, cherries or coconut.
