2 boxes echo cookies Girl Scout or 44 approx. 1 lb. Oreo type sandwich
cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 lg. pkgs. instant vanilla or banana cream pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip

Put cookies in food processor or blender and crush until mixture looks like potting soil. Cookies pulverize better if they are frozen. Set aside.

Cream butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix pudding and milk according to package directions. Add to cream cheese mixture. Fold in Cool Whip. In foil lined 10 inch diameter flower pot, layer cookies,. cream, cookies, cream, etc. ending with cookies, "dirt" layer on top. Decorate with a light weight artificial flower. Serve cake using a garden trowel as a spoon.
