WEST TEXAS BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 (26 oz.) bottle ketchup
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. brown sugar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. refrigerated horseradish
2 pods garlic
Tabasco to taste

Mix all of the above ingredients and boil about 10 minutes. Yields 3 cups.
