CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 qt. stewed chicken, deboned & cubed
2 c. garden peas
1 (3 oz.) can pimientos
1 can celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dressing mix
1 egg
2 1/2 c. chicken stock

Mix dressing, egg and chicken stock. Toss together well. Pack lightly in bottom of crock pot. Mix chicken, peas, pimientos, soups. Pour over dressing. Cover, set on High for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to low and cook 6 to 8 hours. Grated cheese may be added on top last 30 minutes of cooking.
