DIABETIC APPLE PIE 
1 recipe pastry for double crust pie
1/4 tsp. salt
3 or 4 tsp. liquid Sweet 10
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 c. pared, sliced apples (5 or 6 med.)
Butter and cinnamon

Combine flour, cinnamon and salt. Arrange apples in 9 inch pastry lined dish. Sprinkle Sweet 10 and flour mixture over each layer of apples. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Place top crust over filling. Fold edge and press to seal. Sprinkle some cinnamon and butter over top of pie. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn over down to 375 degrees and bake 40 to 50 minutes until apples are tender.
