4 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
4 tbsp. coconut
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. French dressing
20 oz. crushed pineapples, drained

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Blend potatoes, pineapple and French dressing. Place in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle coconut and brown sugar. Bake 25-30 minutes.
