CARNATION 5-MINUTE FUDGE 
2/3 c. (small can) Carnation evaporated milk
1 2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

In saucepan mix evaporated milk, sugar and salt and cook over low heat to boiling. Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate pieces, vanilla and nuts.

Stir until chocolate and marshmallows are melted. Pour into butter 9 inch square pan. (You can substitute 4 Tbsp. of peanut butter for chocolate and add a few more marshmallows.)
