HONEYED CHICKEN 
1 fryer, 2 1/2 lbs., cut up
1 stick butter
1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 pkg. Club crackers, crushed

Melt butter, add honey and garlic salt. Dip 1 piece of chicken at a time in butter mixture. Roll in Club cracker crumbs. Place on baking pan. Bake without turning until browned at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
