LEMON CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can chicken broth
1/2 can water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 box club crackers
1 stick butter

Boil and debone chicken, spread into a 13x9 pan.

Mix 1 cup sour cream, chicken soup, chicken broth, water and lemon juice. Spread mixture over chicken. Crumble crackers over chicken. Melt 1 stick butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
