1 stick butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 Delicious apples, chopped fine
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend first 3 ingredients together. Mix and sift the next 4 ingredients. Mix together. Then add apples and vanilla flavoring; stir well. Spread in baking pan.

Bake in a 375°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
