HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix together the 1/2 cup melted butter, soup, salt, pepper, onions, sour cream, cheese and hash browns. Pour into lightly greased casserole. Top with corn flakes and melted butter that have been mixed together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
