HEART-HEALTHY STROGANOFF | |
1/2 c. minced onion 1/2 stick corn oil butter 1 lb. 96% fat-free ground beef or ground turkey 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can Healthy-Request cream of chicken soup 1 can Healthy-Request cream of mushroom soup 1 c. plain yogurt or FF sour cream 1/2 pkg. noodles Brown onions in butter. Stir in all ingredients except soups and yogurt. Simmer 10 minutes. Add soups, then stir in yogurt or sour cream last. |
