HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. cream chicken soup
3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. diced celery
1 sm. onion, grated
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. cooked rice, do not use Minute Rice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken breasts, about 4

Boil chicken; cook rice in broth. Mix all ingredients together. Place into greased casserole. Cover with crushed corn flakes or Rice Krispies and sliced almonds. Put pats of butter on this. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
