HONEY PUMPKIN PIE 
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. honey
1/2 c. milk

Combine pumpkin, seasonings, eggs, honey and milk, beating thoroughly. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for the first 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes longer or until a silver knife inserted into the center of filling comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
