GROUND MEAT & PEAS CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1/4 bell pepper, chopped
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 can little peas
1/4 pkg. (#4) spaghetti, broken in about 3 inch lengths
1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. cooking oil
Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Brown ground meat and bell pepper in oil, add salt and pepper to taste. When meat is brown, add tomato sauce and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add peas plus 2 cans water, let come to a boil, then add spaghetti and cook for about 20 minutes or until spaghetti is cooked. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Cover top of dish with grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven for about 5 minutes or until browned lightly. Serve with rolls.
