FUDGE PECAN PIE 
1/3 c. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1/3 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. plain flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Pet evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. pecan halves
1 pie crust

Melt butter; remove from heat. Add cocoa and hot water; stir until dissolved. Blend in sugar, flour, salt and evaporated milk and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Mix in pecans and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
