1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 c. butter
1 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
2 semi-sweet chocolate squares
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
2 c. Cool Whip

Melt butter; mix in 1/2 cup crunched cookies and press in the bottom of pan; chill.

Spread ice cream in each pan and let set in refrigerator for about an hour then freeze until well frozen.
