1 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. sifted flour

Combine all ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F to 375°F for 10 minutes.
