1 egg
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter

Beat all ingredients together with fork in given order. Heat griddle and drop batter by tablespoonfuls. Turn pancakes over when bubbles appear. Then brown on both sides, remove and serve.
