LO CAL SOUP 
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
1 can drained & rinsed bean sprouts
1 can drained French style green beans
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. chopped onion, saute in butter
1 c. sliced zucchini, saute in butter
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped cabbage
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 c. cubed ham

Simmer 1 hour.
