LO-CAL SOUP 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 lg. can tomato juice (5 3/4 c.)
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. oregano
1 onion, diced
1 c. mushrooms
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. sliced carrots
2 c. sliced cabbage
1 can French style green beans

Brown meat, drain well. Add tomato juice and remaining ingredients. Simmer about 2 hours. (Spices may be changed to taste.)
