BLUEBERRY SUPREME CHEESECAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar

Blend together and line 13 x 9 inch pan. 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar

Beat together. Pour into crust and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

SAUCE FOR TOP:

3 c. blueberries
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water

Cook until thickened. Add 1 tablespoons lemon juice. Cool. Pour over cooled cake and let chill 8 hours.
