6 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
6 lg. eggs, room temperature
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine all ingredients except cherry filling in large mixing bowl and mix with electric beater until smooth (approximately 20 minutes). Grease 10" spring form pan and pour in mixture. Fill a large baking pan with approximately 1" of water; place spring form pan into this pan. Carefully place in oven and bake at 400 degrees approximately 60 minutes. Turn oven off and let cake cool in oven for 3 hours.

Remove spring form and place into serving dish. Spread cherry filling on top of cake and cool for 1 hour in refrigerator. Serve with love from the West Palm Beach Thompsons!
