BLUE CHEESE GREEN SALAD 
1 can olives, whole, pitted
2 med. tomatoes, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
1 lg. avocado, diced
10 tsp. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 med. cucumber
1 (6 oz.) wedge of blue cheese
1/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 lg. head of lettuce, chopped or torn

Mix together, olives, tomato, onion, avocado, mushrooms and cucumber. Add oil, vinegar, and garlic powder. Toss. Crumble blue cheese and add to mixture, then lettuce. Toss well.
