APPLE CRISP 
4 c. pared, sliced apples
2/3-3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. soft butter

Place apples in greased 8-inch square pan. Blend remaining ingredients until crumbly; spread over apples.

Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
