CONEY SAUCE 
2 lbs. ground beef
3 garlic cloves, chopped fine
1 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. sweet pepper, flakes
1 tbsp. crushed pepper, flakes
1 tsp. tabasco
4 c. water

Brown the beef (use ground round that has some fat in it). Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 4-5 hours. Add water if mixture thickens too fast.
