CONEY SAUCE 
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion (minced)
1/2 clove garlic
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. celery salt

Brown beef, onion and garlic in oil. Add tomato paste, chili powder, oregano, salt and dry mustard. Cook 30 minutes, stir often. Add tomato juice and celery salt. Cover and simmer 1 hour or until mixture thickens.

Don't cover when cooking, inhibits flavors.
