PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES | |
1 box Betty Crocker yellow cake mix 1 stick butter, melted 1/2 c. sugar Mix together, then reserve 1 cup. Put the rest in bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan. FILLING: 1 can #303 size Libby pumpkin 2 eggs 2/3 c. Pet evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla Spices to taste (I use cinnamon) 2/3 c. sugar Mix filling together and pour over crust in pan. Add 1/2 cup melted butter and 1/2 cup sugar to reserved crust mix; dot over top of pumpkin filling. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. |
