KUGEL - BUNDA 
10 lbs. potatoes
4 to 6 eggs
1 1/2 to 2 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. bacon
4 med. or 2 lg. onions

Peel and grate potatoes very fine. While preparing potatoes, cut approximately 2 pounds bacon into small pieces, mince 4 medium or 2 large onions, and fry with bacon until slightly brown. Put complete mixture into loaf pans. Bake approximately 2 hours in a 350 degree oven until top is brown. Can be eaten directly from oven or else fry slices until brown after it's cold.
