BROWNIES (CHOCOLATE CHERRY) 
1 stick sweet butter
1/4 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Pitted dark cherries, drained

Cream butter, butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and mix. Add melted chocolate mix with spoon. Add flour and mix until absorbed. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into greased and floured 8 inch square pan. Place pitted cherries on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Don't forget the cherries!! Best brownies we ever had!!
