CRACKLIN CORNBREAD 
2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. cracklins

Mix dry ingredients, add buttermilk and cracklins. Pour mixture into greased hot iron skillet and bake at 400 to 425 degrees for about 30 minutes.
