2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
12 packets Equal
1.2 c, fructose
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 env. Butter Buds in 1/4 c. warm water
1 egg replacer, beaten with water
3/4 c. skim milk

Mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Mix Butter Buds, Equal, and fructose together. Add egg and vanilla to butter mixture and blend thoroughly. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk in small amounts. Blend well after each addition. Pour into Pam-sprayed and floured cake pans (either two 9-inch pans or one sheet pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
