BRAISED BROCCOLI 
2 lb. fresh broccoli or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimento (optional)

Wash and trim fresh broccoli; cook in boiling salted water 15-20 minutes. Or cook frozen according to package directions.

Melt butter in small skillet, saute celery 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drain broccoli well. Pour mixture over broccoli and stir well. Serve immediately.

Serves 4.
